I have been a qualified nurse for over 20 years and continue to practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in a NHS London Hospital. I am a non medical prescriber and I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC); the professional regulatory body for nurses and midwives in the UK.
In my late 30s I started to notice the signs of ageing and wanted to look fresher but natural. I discovered many of my friends and family felt the same. I wanted to help them feel better about themselves and talk openly about this issue. As a qualified nurse I knew I was well placed to train in this area, knowing the importance of having someone who knew what they were doing, understanding the risks as well as the benefits. Being able to listen to the areas that concern someone is key to providing individualised advice / care. Overall, I want people to look natural and still like themselves but with more confidence.

Anti-wrinkle injections are an increasingly popular treatment for tackling the signs of ageing non-surgically.
Anti-wrinkle injections work by temporarily relaxing the muscles that cause these facial expressions, leading to smoother skin and a reduction in depth and severity of the wrinkles.
This makes them less noticeable and helps to prevent future wrinkles from developing and proactively prevents new wrinkles from forming.
Antiwrinkle injections are the treatment of choice for people who have lines on the upper face; you may hear people talk about having 3 areas, which refers to:
Forehead Lines:
Horizontal lines on the forehead, often a result of expressive movements like raising the eyebrows, can be softened.
Frown Lines:
The ‘eleven’ lines that appear between the eyebrows when you frown are a popular target for injections, helping to reduce their prominence.
Crow’s Feet:
The fine lines that fan out from the corners of the eyes, also known as laughter lines, can be effectively treated to give a more rested appearance.
I use very fine needles therefore the treatment should not be painful and is normally tolerated well. If however, you are needle-phobic or have any anxiety around pain, then numbing cream can be applied and we can discuss this at your initial consultation.
The effects of treatment start after a few days with the full effects within two weeks. I offer a 2 week follow up review where I will offer additional units if required (this is included in the initial price). I never want to over treat someone so would prefer to add more units at the two week review if needed. The treatment should last around 3 months.
One area, e.g. crows feet (eyes) - £160.
Two areas, e.g. forehead and frown - £200.
All three areas, e.g. crows feet, forehead and frown - £240
Skin boosters are an injectable treatment that is designed to deliver deep skin hydration - promoting a natural glow and radiance which can also help to smooth out lines and wrinkles. They improve skin texture, elasticity, hydration and overall appearance.
Skin Boosters help improve collagen and elastin.
Skin booster injections are a soft, gel-like substance called Hyaluronic Acid (HA). This is a substance that occurs naturally in the skin and holds incredible amounts of moisture. However, it depletes with age, which is what causes skin to appear lined or loose with a dryer texture.
Microinjections of deeply hydrating hyaluronic acid restores the moisture in the skin, which improves its elasticity, firmness and radiance.
It’s not really comparable to applying moisturiser – the injections can penetrate much deeper and last longer.
The most common uses of skin boosters are for facial rejuvenation. However, this is a versatile treatment that can be used to treat many different skin areas e.g. neck, décolletage, backs of the hands. They are safe for all skin types, ages and genders.
Depending on the type of skin booster chosen some of the potential benefits include:
Improved and more radiant complexion
Reduction in fine lines and wrinkles
Healthier skin tone
Better hydration – ‘glowing’ skin
Firmer skin texture and tone
Improved skin elasticity
Improved overall appearance in skin tone
The nature of skin boosters means that they are also ideal for use in combination with other treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections.
I use topical numbing cream to minimise patient discomfort.
This depends on individual patient goals – we will discuss this during our initial consultation.
"I would wholeheartedly recommend Sarah. She listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve which was a natural and unfrozen look."
"Sarah is very knowledgable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others."

"I chose Sarah as this was my first anti wrinkle treatment. Being nearly 50 (and a little apprehensive!) I wanted someone who was an experienced professional, who would listen and understand exactly what I wanted to achieve.
I was not disappointed, Sarah was calm, patient and listened to my concerns and expectations. She explained the procedure and timeline of the results I should expect.
The procedure was not uncomfortable at all and the results were exactly what I’d hoped for. I now feel that my skin glows and that I look fresher but yet still me. I now have more confidence - I’ve even popped to the shops make-up free!
I would definitely recommend Sarah to anyone thinking of enhancing their appearance. She is very caring and extremely professional, which no doubt comes from her 20 plus years as a highly qualified nurse."
